CNC Milling Operator – PVC Window and Door Profiles

You know the ins and outs of milling PVC profiles and don't need anything explained to you. As a CNC Milling Operator, you will work in a modern production facility on the precise processing of window and door profiles. This is not an entry-level position — we are looking for someone with proven experience in the PVC window industry.

You will be working at a modern production facility in Moergestel, specialized in the manufacture of PVC window and door profiles. The company works with advanced CNC-controlled machines and supplies to customers who demand high standards of dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

It is a professional work environment where precision and quality awareness are central. You work independently and are responsible for your own machine and end product. Production runs at fixed times during the day and offers a stable structure for the long term.

As a CNC Milling Operator, you are responsible for setting up, operating, and adjusting CNC milling machines for the processing of PVC window and door profiles. You work based on technical drawings and specifications, paying close attention to dimensions, tolerances, and surface quality.

You change tools and fixtures, perform basic adjustments, and independently solve minor technical problems. Quality and consistency are the most important benchmarks for your work — every day.

Tasks:

• Setting up, operating, and adjusting CNC milling machines for PVC window and door profiles
• Milling and processing profiles according to technical drawings and specifications
• Changing tools and fixtures and performing basic adjustments
• Checking dimensions, tolerances, and surface quality
• Identifying and resolving minor technical issues

Financial conditions:

• Gross hourly wage of €17.00–€19.00
• 2.76% ADV allowance on the first 40 hours
• 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km

Other conditions:

• Weekly payment
• 24 days of holiday per year (based on full-time)
• Pension accrual: 23.4% of the pension basis
• Minimum 40 hours per week, sometimes with the possibility of overtime

• Proven experience as a CNC milling or router operator in the PVC window industry — not an entry-level position
• Experience with CNC machines for the production of window and door profiles
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and a keen sense of quality
• Independent work attitude
• Good command of Dutch and/or English language (oral and written)
