You'll join a supplier specialized in turning and milling operations in ferrous, non-ferrous, and plastic materials. Work here is custom: every part is different, every customer has their own specifications, and the bar for quality is high.
The company works with modern CNC machines and invests in new technology. The work floor is social and collegial — people know each other, help each other, and enjoy working together on sometimes complex machining assignments.
There's room to contribute ideas. If you see a better way to carry out an operation, it gets heard. That makes this a place for someone who doesn't just want to execute, but also wants to help improve how things run.
As an All-Round CNC Machinist, you carry out a variety of machining tasks on CNC-controlled machines. You have experience with both turning and milling, and work with ferrous, non-ferrous, and plastic materials. Assignments range from small batches to complex, one-off parts.
You work independently: you read the drawing, set up the machine, carry out the operation, and check the result. On complex projects you coordinate with colleagues where needed, but execution is largely up to you.
Quality is central. You check dimensions and finish, and flag it when something's off — before it becomes a problem for the customer. You also actively contribute ideas for improving the process: a better clamping method, a faster setup, a smarter machining sequence.
