Are you an experienced CNC turner who feels at home behind a lathe? At this technical supplier in Werkendam, you'll work with high-end machinery on complex, custom-made products. Do you think along about improvements and take ownership independently? Then we want to hear from you.

Where you will work:

You'll be working at a technical supplier based in Werkendam, specialised in turning and milling operations on ferrous, non-ferrous and plastic materials. The company delivers high-quality, custom-made products to a diverse range of clients and works with the latest technologies in the machining industry.

The working environment is social and collegial: short lines of communication, room for your own input, and a team that complements each other well. There's continuous investment in modern technical equipment, so you have the right tools to do your job well as a skilled professional. Quality and precision are central, but there's also room to contribute ideas on improving the production process.

For anyone who enjoys precision work, technical challenges, and an environment where craftsmanship is valued, this is a place to grow.

What you will do:

As a CNC Turner, you're responsible for carrying out turning operations on CNC-controlled machines. You work independently on complex projects, from single pieces to smaller series. You read and interpret technical drawings, set up machines, and monitor the quality of the end product throughout the entire process. You have experience working with a Siemens control system.

Besides carrying out the turning operations, you actively think along about the most efficient approach and spot opportunities for improvement in the process. You work precisely, keep track of multiple ongoing assignments, and switch easily between different materials such as ferrous, non-ferrous and plastic. A solution-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude are essential in this role, as is the ability to make independent decisions when needed.

You'll be part of a close-knit team where knowledge is shared and there's room to further develop your craftsmanship.
