Where you will work:
You'll join a technical service provider specialised in maintaining pump installations for the process and industrial sector. The work is all about reliability: equipment that has to keep running safely and without failure at the client's site. You'll work in a small, close-knit team of skilled technicians where knowledge of pumps and mechanics comes first. Most of the work happens in the workshop; occasionally you'll head out to resolve an issue or finish a job on-site.
What you will do:
As a pump technician, you're responsible for the overhaul, alignment and inspection of industrial pumps. You disassemble pumps, assess the condition of components, replace what's needed and rebuild everything with precision. Alignment is precision work — a small deviation can significantly shorten an installation's lifespan. You test and check your own work before it goes back out. Most of your work takes place in the workshop; occasionally you'll join a job on-site to overhaul, align or inspect a pump there.

What we offer:

Gross hourly wage between €16.65 and €18.17, depending on experience

Overtime surcharge per the Metaal & Techniek collective agreement, calculated on your base hourly wage

8% holiday allowance, paid weekly

Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre

Pension accrual: 23.4% of the pension base

40-hour work week, day shift from 7:00 to 16:00; overtime may occur for on-site jobs

What we ask:
- Several years of experience maintaining and overhauling pumps
- Technical insight and an eye for precision in alignment and inspection
- Willing to occasionally work on-site, alongside workshop-based work
- In possession of an EU passport — a residence permit is not sufficient
- Good command of English, spoken and written
