Where you will work:
You will be working with a specialist in industrial coatings, focused on protecting installations against corrosion with high-quality glass flake coatings. These coatings significantly extend the lifespan of installations, with less maintenance and lower costs for the client. The company guides the entire process: from blasting to the final coating application, according to recognized international standards. Work is done for a variety of industrial clients, both at the company's own workshop and on-site at the client's location.
What you will do:
As an industrial blaster/preparer, you will blast and spray surfaces in preparation for coating application. For some projects, you will be away from home for a few days and stay in a hotel — all costs for this will be reimbursed by the company. Additionally, you will assist with all-round tasks at the workplace, such as cleaning up and keeping materials and tools in order. Because you regularly travel to locations, a driver's license B is mandatory.

What we offer:
- Gross hourly wage: starting at € 19.00 (depending on experience)
- Travel and accommodation (hotel) fully reimbursed by the company for multi-day projects
- 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
- Travel allowance of € 0.23 per km
- Weekly payment
- 24 vacation days per year
- Pension accrual of 23.4% of the pensionable salary
