You will be working with a group of growing, technical companies in Valkenswaard, active in engineering, assembly, and metalworking. Work is done with a modern and precise machine park, with precision down to μ-level. The organization strongly values development, knowledge exchange, and innovation, with a familial atmosphere in which both employer and employee are involved. Customers are mainly active in the high-tech industry.
What you will do:
As an operator of a CNC turning/milling combination, you independently manufacture products on this combined machine by independently programming and setting up the machine. Based on manufacturability, process reliability, and efficiency, you determine the production process. Using CAD/CAM, you program both the turning and milling operations. During the production process, you check the quality and record measurements in measurement reports. You continuously strive to optimize existing production processes.

What we offer:
- Gross hourly wage: € 18.00 - € 28.00 (depending on experience and level)
- 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
- Travel allowance of € 0.23 per km

- Knowledge of machining strategies, tools, materials, and clamping techniques
