Where you will work:
You work for a custom-build company in Den Bosch that builds truck exteriors and interiors fully to the customer's wishes. There is no mass production: every truck is a separate project, from a new build to a complete restyling.
You join a small, experienced team of craftsmen in a modern workshop. You work independently and take a lot of responsibility for your own work. Your colleagues help out when you need them.
What you will do:
- You fit exterior parts to the truck and finish them
- You install spoilers, lighting and styling elements
- You build and modify body parts
- You prepare parts for spray painting, for example by sanding and filling
- You make sure every part fits well and has a clean finish
- You check the finish before the truck leaves the workshop
Practical:
- Location: workshop in Den Bosch (Empel)
- Schedule: day shift, Monday to Friday, around 08:00–17:00, 38 hours per week
- Start: by agreement
- Working conditions: you work indoors in the workshop, partly at height, for example on the cabin roof from scaffolding or an aerial platform. Sanding creates dust, you work with sealant and glue, and the workshop can be noisy.
- You work with professional, modern tools
- A lunch is provided every day, which you share with your colleagues
What we offer:
- €16 to €21 gross per hour, depending on your experience, under the CAO Kleinmetaal (collective labour agreement for the small metal industry). You are paid weekly
- Need housing? We arrange it for you, always with a private bedroom. Your own contribution is deducted from your wage. Already have your own place to live? That works too
- 38 hours per week on day shifts. Overtime is optional
- Contract via EU Force, with the intention of long-term employment
- At least 8% holiday allowance and at least 24 holiday days
- Pension: at least 23.4% contribution on the pensionable salary, of which you contribute 7.5% (deducted before tax)
- Health insurance via EU Force is possible, the costs are deducted from your wage
- Travel allowance if you use your own transport. Transport via EU Force is possible for a contribution
What we ask:
- At least 2 years of experience as a vehicle body builder, panel beater or body repairer, or in truck or trailer building
- You work accurately and independently with hand tools and power tools
- In possession of an EU passport — a residence permit is not sufficient
- You speak English well enough to communicate clearly at work
Nice to have:
- Driving licence B
- Experience with polyester or composite
- Experience with sanding and preparing parts for spray painting
