Line Operator - Chicken Factory

Wil jij werken als operator in een moderne voedselfabriek met een goed salaris en doorgroeimogelijkheden? In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het productieproces en zorg je voor kwaliteit, continuïteit en een goed draaiende productielijn.

Je gaat werken bij een grote en stabiele producent in de voedingsindustrie, met honderden medewerkers. In deze fabriek worden géén kippen geslacht; het bedrijf verwerkt aangeleverde producten tot hoogwaardige eindproducten voor de voedselindustrie.

De organisatie staat bekend om haar moderne machines, gestructureerde werkwijze en sterke focus op kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid. Je komt terecht in een professionele en internationale werkomgeving waar samenwerking en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.

Wat deze werkgever aantrekkelijk maakt, is de focus op lange termijn samenwerking. Bij goed functioneren bestaat de mogelijkheid om na 12 maanden rechtstreeks in dienst te komen bij de opdrachtgever.

As an operator, you are responsible for a stable and efficient production process. You set up machines, monitor progress, and intervene when necessary. You ensure that production continues and that the quality of the product is always up to standard.

You perform quality checks, prevent waste, and actively contribute to process improvements. You resolve minor malfunctions yourself, while for larger technical problems, you involve the technical service. Additionally, you collaborate with colleagues and provide support where needed on the shop floor.

You are frequently on the move and have a responsible role within the production line. Depending on the department, you work either in day shifts or in shift work (without night shifts).

Your tasks include:

• Setting up and modifying machines
• Solving minor malfunctions
• Checking product quality
• Monitoring the production process
• Recording production and quality data

Financial conditions:

• Starting salary of €17.65 gross per hour
• Extra ADV allowance of 5.77% on the first 40 hours
• Shift allowance: 112.5% (if applicable)
• 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)

Other conditions:

• Weekly payment
• 24 vacation days per year (based on full-time)
• Pension accrual: 23.4% of the pension basis
• Minimum 40 hours per week, possibility of overtime (up to 50 hours)
• Travel allowance (€0.18/km, max. €9 per day)

• You have experience as an operator or in production (preferably food)
• You are technically minded and can analyze malfunctions
• You work accurately and according to hygiene regulations
• You are proactive and think in solutions
• You are available for long-term work
• You speak good Dutch and/or English
