As an operator, you are responsible for a stable and efficient production process. You set up machines, monitor progress, and intervene when necessary. You ensure that production continues and that the quality of the product is always up to standard.
You perform quality checks, prevent waste, and actively contribute to process improvements. You resolve minor malfunctions yourself, while for larger technical problems, you involve the technical service. Additionally, you collaborate with colleagues and provide support where needed on the shop floor.
You are frequently on the move and have a responsible role within the production line. Depending on the department, you work either in day shifts or in shift work (without night shifts).
