As a quality controller, you are responsible for checking and ensuring the quality of products and processes. You independently perform checks in the production environment, from raw materials to the final product.
You check temperature, weight, labels, and packaging, among other things, and ensure that everything meets the specified requirements. In addition, you identify deviations in the process and take immediate action to correct them. You play a crucial role in maintaining food safety and hygiene.
You also guide and instruct production staff when necessary and ensure that HACCP and hygiene rules are followed. You work closely with production and report to the quality department.
It is a responsible position where you are often present on the shop floor and actively involved in the production process.
