Production Operator - Plant-based Meat

As a production operator, you will work in a modern production environment where you are responsible for operating and monitoring machines. You will work on both the packaging line and in the palletizing process.

You keep a close eye on the production process and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You check products, perform registrations, and intervene in minor malfunctions. In addition, you help with labeling, checking, and processing products.

The position is varied and requires technical insight and accuracy. You will work in a system of long workdays (4 days a week, 10 hours per day), giving you longer periods of free time.

Your tasks include:

• Operating and setting up machines
• Monitoring production and packaging process
• Performing quality checks
• Recording production data
• Solving minor malfunctions

Financial conditions:

• Gross hourly wage: €15.50 (expected salary increase soon)
• 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)

Other conditions:

• Weekly payment
• 24 vacation days per year (based on full-time)
• Pension accrual: 23.4% of the pensionable salary
• Minimum 40 hours per week (up to 50 hours possible)
• Travel allowance (€0.23/km)

For this position, we are looking for someone with technical insight and a proactive attitude. You do not need to be an experienced operator, but motivation and ability to learn are important.

• Experience as an operator is a plus (not required)
• You have an affinity with technology and machines
• You work accurately and follow procedures
• You are independent and take responsibility
• You are eager to learn and flexible
• You speak good Dutch and/or English
