Machine Operator - Chicken Factory

Je komt te werken bij een van de grootste voedselverwerkende bedrijven in Nederland, gevestigd in de regio Ommel. Met circa 800 medewerkers is dit een stabiele en professionele werkomgeving waar kwaliteit en efficiëntie centraal staan.

Het bedrijf verwerkt kipproducten tot eindproducten voor de Europese markt — geen slacht, maar verwerking en productie. De machines draaien op vaste tijden, de processen zijn georganiseerd en er wordt gewerkt met duidelijke dagplanningen. Voor mensen die houden van structuur en zekerheid is dit een ideale werkomgeving.

De organisatie biedt langdurig werk met perspectief: na 12 maanden is er de mogelijkheid voor een direct contract bij de opdrachtgever zelf.

As a Machine Operator in the Preparation department, you are responsible for operating one or more machines. The machines you operate vary by day or week — you adapt based on the daily schedule and the needs on the work floor.

Your task involves turning over bins and feeding raw materials into the machine. This can be done manually or mechanically — manual turning involves weights up to a maximum of 12 kg. The work requires physical fitness and a proactive attitude: you see what is needed and act on it immediately.

The activities are executive in nature but require someone who thinks along and is flexible. You work in a cooled production environment and follow strict hygiene protocols. Shift work is an option.

Tasks:

• Operating and monitoring one or more machines per day
• Turning over bins and feeding raw materials
• Working according to daily schedule and production targets
• Signaling and reporting deviations or malfunctions
• Adhering to hygiene and safety regulations

Financial conditions:

• Gross hourly wage of €16.58
• For shift work: gross hourly wage of €18.65 including shift allowance of 12.5%
• 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
• Travel allowance of €0.18 per km (max. €9.00 per day)

Other conditions:

• Weekly payment
• 24 vacation days per year (based on full-time)
• Pension accrual: 23.4% of the pensionable salary
• Minimum 40 hours per week
• After 12 months, possibility of a direct contract with the client
