Logistic worker

You will be working with a European specialist in fresh herbs and flavor products for the culinary professional. The company supplies restaurants, caterers, and foodservice customers throughout Europe and is known for the high quality and consistency of its products.

As an Order Picker, you are responsible for accurately collecting orders in the refrigerated warehouse. You work meticulously, focusing on a pick list, and ensure that goods are processed and prepared for shipment correctly.

The work takes place in a refrigerated environment of 2 to 4 degrees Celsius — this is a fixed working condition that you must take into account. You work at fixed times from Monday to Friday, with overtime rarely occurring. For candidates who perform well, there is the prospect of a permanent employment contract and opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Tasks:

• Collecting orders based on pick lists
• Processing and checking incoming and outgoing goods
• Supporting the logistics process in the warehouse
• Handling fresh, refrigerated products with care
• Contributing to a neat and organized work environment

Financial conditions:

• Gross hourly wage of €15.08
• 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (max. 80 km per day)

Other conditions:

• Weekly payment
• 30 days of holiday per year (based on full-time)
• Pension accrual: 23.4% of the pension basis
• Minimum 40 hours per week, stable schedule without shift work
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30
