Where you will work:
You will be working at a specialized production company in Breda, which is active in the production, repair, and rental of roll containers and other logistical transport and storage equipment. The company supplies customers throughout the Netherlands and has multiple locations.
It is a family business with an informal work atmosphere where there is room for personal development. The production department works with its own materials and a dedicated workshop — everything you need is ready. Your colleague cuts the materials to size, and you ensure they are neatly welded together.
What you will do:
As a Production Welder, you will work in the production department where steel plates, boxes, and tubes are converted into roll containers. You will work based on technical drawings and skillfully weld the thin-walled materials together using MIG/MAG welding techniques. The roll containers are similar to each other, giving the work a clear and predictable rhythm.
In addition to welding, you will also occasionally perform supporting production tasks. You do not need to be a certified welder — basic knowledge and the right work attitude are the most important.
Tasks:
- Welding roll containers based on technical drawings (MIG/MAG)
- Collaborating with colleagues in the production process
- Checking the quality of welded parts
- Performing additional production tasks where necessary
- Working carefully and accurately with thin-walled steel material
What we offer:
Financial conditions:
- Gross hourly wage of €17.35
- 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
Other conditions:
- Weekly payment
- 24 vacation days per year (based on full-time)
- Pension accrual: 23.4% of the basis
- Minimum 40 hours per week, overtime rarely occurs
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00
