Box van driver

You will be working for one of the largest food processing companies in the Netherlands, located in the Eindhoven region. With approximately 800 employees, this is a stable and professional work environment where quality and efficiency are central.

The company processes chicken products into finished products for the European market — no slaughtering, but processing and production. The processes are organized and clear daily schedules are used. For people who love structure and certainty, this is an ideal work environment.

The organization offers long-term work with prospects: after 12 months, there is the possibility of a direct contract with the client itself.

As a Box van driver, you are responsible for the internal transport of crates between the production departments and the crate washing area. You drive a crate truck within the company's premises — you do not go on public roads. You collect dirty, used crates and deliver clean crates back to the production lines.

In addition to the box van, you also work with an EPT for moving crates on the work floor. An important part of the job is correctly positioning the crate truck at loading docks and carefully connecting and disconnecting it. The work is structured and essential for a smooth flow of the production process. You work accurately, adhere to hygiene rules, and handle both vehicles safely. A driving license B is sufficient.

Tasks:

• Internal driving with a crate truck between production departments and the crate washing area
• Driving with an EPT for internal transport of crates on the work floor
• Collecting dirty crates and delivering clean crates to the production lines
• Correctly positioning the crate truck at loading docks and carefully connecting and disconnecting it
• Adhering to hygiene and safety regulations on the premises
• Contributing to a smooth flow of the production process

Financial conditions:

• Starting salary of €16.81 gross per hour
• ADV allowance of 5.77% on the first 40 hours
• 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
• Travel expenses reimbursement of €0.18 per km (max. €9.00 per day)

• 24 vacation days per year (based on full-time)
• Pension accrual: 23.4% of the pensionable salary
• Minimum 40 hours per week
• After 12 months, possibility of a direct contract with the client
