Sawing/Cutting Machine Operator – PVC Window and Door Profiles

You will be working at a modern production facility in Moergestel, specialized in the manufacture of PVC window and door profiles. The company operates with advanced automated and CNC-controlled machines and supplies to customers who have high demands for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

It is a professional work environment where precision and quality awareness are central. You will work independently but also closely with colleagues from the milling, welding, and assembly departments. Production runs at fixed times during the day and offers a stable structure for the long term.

As a Saw / Cutting Machine Operator, you are responsible for accurately cutting PVC window and door profiles to length and angle. You work based on technical drawings, cutting lists, and production orders and set up the machine completely independently.

You adjust machine settings, stops, and saw blades, perform quality checks on dimensions, angles, and surface finish, and proactively identify and correct deviations. You keep your machine and workplace clean and safe and collaborate with colleagues from adjacent departments to ensure smooth production flow.

Duties:

• Setting up and operating saw and cutting machines for PVC window and door profiles
• Cutting profiles to length and angle according to technical drawings and production orders
• Adjusting machine settings, stops, and saw blades
• Performing quality checks on dimensions, angles, and surface finish
• Identifying deviations and correcting basic machine and process issues
• Keeping the machine and work environment clean and safe

Financial conditions:

• Gross hourly wage between €17.00 - €19.00 (depending on experience)
• 2.76% ADV allowance on the first 40 hours
• 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km

Other conditions:

• Weekly payment
• 24 vacation days per year (based on full-time)
• Pension accrual: 23.4% of the pension basis
• Minimum 40 hours per week, sometimes possibility of overtime

• Proven experience as a saw / cutting machine operator in the PVC window industry — not a starter position
• Experience with double head saws, automatic cutting lines, or CNC cutting machines
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists
• Accurate, structured, and quality-oriented work attitude
• Independent work attitude
• Good command of the Dutch and/or English language (oral and written)
