Where you will work:
You will be working at a specialised dealer in used auto parts, located in the Uden/Volkel region. The company focuses on Japanese, Korean and European brands and has a vast stock of parts sold to customers throughout the Netherlands.
With more than 50 employees across two locations, this is a stable and professional work environment where quality, sustainability and innovation are central. The atmosphere is informal and collegial — people know each other and work closely together.
What you will do:
When a damaged or end-of-life vehicle arrives at the company, you are the person who determines what happens to it. You start by assessing the car: which parts are still in good enough condition to be resold? Once you have made that assessment, you disassemble the usable parts — think engines, gearboxes, bodywork panels, lights and other components.
After disassembly, you register each part in the computer system and place it in the correct location in the warehouse. Everything needs to be traceable and correctly stored so that colleagues and customers can find and order parts quickly. You also make the vehicle fluid-free before dismantling begins, in accordance with safety and environmental requirements.
The role combines hands-on technical work with administrative accuracy. You work independently but are part of a close-knit team.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing incoming vehicles and determining which parts are suitable for resale
- Dismantling usable parts such as engines, gearboxes, bodywork and other components
- Making vehicles fluid-free prior to dismantling
- Registering disassembled parts in the computer system
- Storing parts in the correct warehouse locations
- Accurately recording findings and processing results administratively
What we offer:
- Gross hourly wage of €16.00 – €20,19
- 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
- Weekly payment
- 24 vacation days per year (based on full-time)
- Pension accrual: 23.4% of the pensionable salary
- Minimum 40 hours per week

- Technical background or work experience in the automotive sector or similar
- Ability to assess the condition of vehicles and individual parts
- Accurate and structured working attitude
- Comfortable working with computer systems for administrative processing
