€ 16,50

You work meticulously, read a recipe thoroughly, and know how to accurately weigh and mix raw materials. As a Preparation Associate, you are responsible for assembling ingredients for the production of innovative plant-based food products. This is not standard factory work — this is an environment where quality and precision make the difference.

Where you will work:

You will be working for an innovative producer of plant-based meat substitutes, located in Udenhout. The company develops and produces next-generation plant-based products for the European market and distinguishes itself through a unique and carefully developed production process.

It is a relatively young, driven organization that is in full development. Quality, innovation, and sustainability are central. The work atmosphere is informal and engaged — everyone contributes directly to the end product that ends up in supermarkets and with catering customers.

What you will do:

As a Preparation Employee, you will work in the preparation department where you are responsible for correctly weighing and mixing raw materials based on production recipes. You read the recipes carefully, weigh the correct quantities, and mix the ingredients in a drum mixing system (thumbler). Communication with colleagues is an important part of the job — you work together in a team and coordinate progress.

The recipes are written in Dutch, but good command of the English language is a requirement for daily communication on the work floor. You work 4 days a week in a fixed schedule of 10 hours per day.
