Production worker - Food

You will be working with a European specialist in fresh herbs and flavor products for the culinary professional, located in the Bergen op Zoom region. The company supplies restaurants, caterers, and foodservice customers throughout Europe and is known for the high quality and consistency of its products.

As a Production Worker, you will support the production line with various manual tasks. This includes sealing jars, applying labels, and other supporting production tasks that may vary daily. The work is light in nature, not physically demanding, and is performed manually. The tasks are repetitive but require concentration and a consistent work pace.

You will work a fixed day shift from Monday to Friday. The position is initially available until after the summer — with good performance, there is a real possibility of extension.

Tasks:

• Manually sealing jars and applying labels
• Performing various supporting production tasks
• Contributing to a neat and organized production line
• Adhering to hygiene and safety regulations

• Gross hourly wage of €15.08
• 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
• 30 days of holiday per year (based on full-time) — of which 10 days are paid weekly in the salary
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
• Weekly payment
• Pension accrual: 23.4% of the pensionable salary
• 40 hours per week
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 – 15:30
• Position available until after the summer, with the possibility of extension based on good performance
• Own housing required
