You love an early start and a day that smells like freshly baked bread. As a Production Operator, you will work in an organic artisanal bakery on the production of bakery products. Fixed day shift, a close-knit team, and stable work in a sector that never stands still.

Where you will work:

You will be working at an organic artisanal bakery in Waspik. The company produces bread and bakery products using traditional methods, with a focus on quality and sustainability. The organization supplies customers who value artisanal and organic production.

It is a close-knit work environment where colleagues know each other well and teamwork is central. There is room for flexibility in schedules once the team is at full strength, and the culture is informal and personal.

What you will do:

As a Production Operator, you will work in the bakery on the production of bread and bakery products. The position is a combination of production work and operating machines. You will work in a fixed day shift that starts early - between 05:30 and 07:00, depending on the department.

Once the team is complete, there is room to choose a schedule in consultation: working exclusively in the morning, or alternating with a shifted shift during the week. This offers some flexibility once the staffing allows.

Tasks:

  • Operating production machines in the bakery
  • Performing production activities according to fixed procedures
  • Checking the quality of the final product
  • Contributing to a clean and hygienic work environment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth production
What we offer:
  • Gross hourly wage starting at €17.00, with growth potential
  • 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
  • Weekly payment
  • 25 vacation days based on a full-time employment
  • Pension accrual: 23.4% of the pensionable salary
  • 38 hours per week

What we ask:
  • Work experience in the food industry, preferably as a baker or in an industrial bakery
  • Other relevant food experience (production, processing) is also welcome
  • Willing to start early (between 05:30 and 07:00)
  • Accurate and reliable work attitude
  • Physically resilient
  • Good command of the Dutch and/or English language
