Production Worker – Herbs & Spices

You will be working at a specialist in fresh garlic and herb products, focused on the European foodservice market. The company believes in taste experience from source to plate - and this is reflected in the way they work: carefully, committed and with attention to quality.

The workplace has approximately one hundred employees of various nationalities. The atmosphere is open and accessible: colleagues help each other, communication is direct and there is little hierarchy. At the same time, clear expectations are set - hygiene, accuracy and commitment are central.

Those who start working here and perform well will be actively given the opportunity to grow into a role as a machine operator. This is not a side issue - it is the goal with which you start.

As a production worker, you will be working in the measurement and preparation department. You will receive a daily recipe list and ensure that the correct quantities of raw materials are weighed and prepared for the mix. You do not need extensive prior education - common sense, accuracy, and a strong work ethic are what make the difference here.

You will work in two shifts: early shift from 05:30 to 14:00 or late shift from 14:00 to 22:30. The workweek is always 40 hours - structure and regularity are guaranteed. Those who perform well will grow into the role of machine operator.

• You will weigh raw materials and prepare them based on a recipe list
• You will ensure the correct quantities and check the quality of the ingredients
• You will work accurately and hygienically according to the applicable production procedures (white coat and hairnet required)
• You will regularly lift bags weighing approximately 10 kg and work physically actively
• You will work with colleagues of various nationalities in a dynamic work environment
• You will develop towards the role of machine operator - this is the expected growth path

• Gross hourly wage of €15.36 (base) + 12.5% shift allowance = €17.28 all-in per hour
• 8% holiday allowance, paid weekly
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer

• Experience in a production or factory environment
• Physically fit and able to regularly lift bags of 10 kg
• Owning a home and having transportation
• Accurate, motivated, and willing to learn and grow
• Good command of the Dutch and/or English language (verbal and written)
