Industrial Painter

You know how to set up a spray gun, match a color, and apply a quality paint that meets the most stringent requirements. As an Industrial Spray Painter, you will work at a specialized coating company in Eindhoven on a variety of metal products. Varied work in a modern environment - no two days are the same.

You will be working at a specialized coating company in Eindhoven, part of a larger group with multiple locations in the Netherlands. The company specializes in wet painting and powder coating of metals, aluminum, and plastic products for customers in various industries — from machinery and agriculture to interior construction and electrical engineering.

The production environment is modern and high-tech — advanced spraying and pretreatment installations are used. Quality is a top priority, and the company holds international quality certifications. It is a stable organization with an informal work atmosphere where craftsmanship is valued.

As an Industrial Spray Painter, you are responsible for manually applying wet paint to metal products. You work with various types of metal and the products can vary greatly - from small parts to larger structures. The work is diverse in nature, although there may also be repetitive periods depending on the order portfolio.

You set up your spray equipment correctly, prepare products for painting, and ensure a high-quality finish. Preferably, you have experience with electrostatic spraying - this is an important technique within the organization for uniform and efficient layer buildup. You work meticulously, pay attention to color matching and layer thickness, and proactively report any deviations.

Tasks:

• Manually applying wet paint to metal and other products
• Setting up and operating spray equipment, preferably electrostatic
• Preparing products for the painting process
• Checking layer thickness, color, and finish
• Performing color changes and cleaning equipment
• Identifying and reporting quality deviations

• Gross hourly wage of €16.00 - €20.00 (depending on experience)
• 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
• Weekly payment
• 24 vacation days per year (based on full-time, Collective Labor Agreement Metal & Technology)
• Pension accrual: 23.4% of the pensionable salary
• 40 hours per week, average 5 hours of overtime per week possible

• Proven work experience as an industrial sprayer in a production or coating environment
• Experience with electrostatic spraying is a strong advantage
• Meticulous work attitude with a keen eye for quality and finish
