You will be working at an organic, artisanal bakery that produces bread and bakery products using traditional methods. Quality and sustainability are central to the production process, and the organization supplies customers who value artisanal and organic production. It is a close-knit working environment where colleagues know each other well and cooperation is a given. The atmosphere is informal and personal, with short communication lines between departments. Once the team is at full strength, there is room for flexibility in the schedules, allowing for personal wishes to be taken into account. You will be joining an organization where meticulousness and attention to detail - characteristics that are also central to the production process - are also reflected in the rest of the business operations.

As a cleaner, you ensure a clean, hygienic, and presentable work environment within the company. You primarily focus on cleaning canteens and other common areas, so colleagues can work and take breaks in a pleasant and well-maintained environment. You work independently, with attention to detail, ensuring everything looks neat and fresh daily. The workday starts early, between 05:30 and 07:00, so the areas are clean by the start of production.

• Cleaning canteens and common areas
• Identifying and resolving hygiene issues
• Carefully handling cleaning agents and materials
• Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies
• Adhering to hygiene and safety regulations
• Collaborating with colleagues for a presentable work environment

• Gross hourly wage: € 15.66 - € 17.31 (depending on classification)
• 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
• Travel allowance of € 0.23 per km
• Weekly payment
• 25 vacation days based on a full-time employment
• Pension accrual of 23.4% of the pensionable salary
• 38 hours per week, occasional overtime possible
