You will be working at a food company in Waspik that focuses on packaging products in a refrigerated environment. As an employee in the refrigeration and freezing department, you are responsible for packaging products in a refrigerated area. You work meticulously and in accordance with the applicable hygiene and safety regulations, ensuring that products are packaged correctly and on time. The workday starts early, between 05:30 and 07:00. The work takes place in a refrigerated or frozen environment, requiring a physically demanding and reliable work attitude.

• Handling materials carefully in cold conditions

• Gross hourly wage: € 15.66 - € 17.31 (depending on classification)
• Refrigeration/freezer allowance: no allowance for up to 10 hours per week, € 9.28 for 10-20 hours per week, € 18.75 for more than 20 hours per week
• 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
• Travel allowance of € 0.23 per km
• Weekly payment
  25 vacation days based on a full-time employment contract
• Pension accrual of 23.4% of the pensionable salary
• 38 hours per week, occasional overtime possible
