Truck Body Builder

Do you have an affinity for bodywork and enjoy working with your hands? For a specialized bodywork company in Venlo, we are looking for a body builder who will contribute to the construction of light and heavy trucks. A versatile position in a young team, with training opportunities and the prospect of a permanent contract.

You will be working at a specialized body builder in Venlo, focused on the construction of light and heavy trucks, both for open and closed applications. In addition, repairs, renovations, and maintenance of tail lifts are performed. The company is customer-oriented and places great value on accuracy and quality. You will join a young team of approximately 8 people, where sufficient guidance and room for personal development is provided.

As a body builder, you participate in various processes in the workshop. You build different types of bodies using working drawings and clear instructions. You work with the assembly of aluminum, plastic, wood, or steel parts, and connect systems such as low-voltage, hydraulics, and pneumatics - including 12V/24V electrical systems. A versatile role in which you can be deployed broadly and have the opportunity to further develop yourself through courses. You work in day shifts between 07:00 and 16:00, with flexible start and end times negotiable.

• Building different types of bodies
• Working with working drawings and instructions
• Assembling aluminum, plastic, wood, or steel parts
• Connecting systems: low-voltage, hydraulics, and pneumatics

• Participating in repairs, renovations, and maintenance of tail lifts

• Gross hourly wage: € 18.22 - € 21.25 (based on 38 hours per week)
• Annual leave allowance (ADV) applicable based on a 40-hour workweek: you accrue 2 hours of ADV per week, payable or to be taken as time-for-time
• 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
• Travel allowance of € 0.23 per km

• Pension accrual of 23.4% of the pensionable salary
