Trainee Dough Spinner

You will be working at an artisanal, organic bakery in Gilze. Here, baking is done in a traditional manner, with attention to quality and natural ingredients. It is a close-knit work environment where colleagues work well together and operate according to established procedures, with short lines of communication between the people on the floor.

As a production employee, you will be trained as a dough roller. This is a full-time position. Currently, work is done during the day shift, with the possibility of eventually working in 2 shifts, or in a morning and an afternoon shift. Because you will be trained, a good command of English is necessary if you do not speak Dutch or do not speak it sufficiently - so you can follow the instructions properly. Experience in the baking profession is a plus, but certainly not necessary: motivation, commitment, willingness to do physical work, and eagerness to learn are more important.

• Being trained as a dough roller
• Working according to fixed procedures and instructions
• Helping with the production process of syrup waffles
• Flexibly working in changing work hours (possibly shift work in the future)

• Gross hourly wage: € 16.95 - € 19.27 (depending on experience)
• 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
• Travel allowance of € 0.23 per km
• Weekly payment
• 25 vacation days based on a full-time employment
• Pension accrual of 23.4% of the pension basis
• Full-time, day shift (eventually possible 2 shifts or morning/afternoon shift)
