TIG Welder

The company specializes in precision work within the metal industry and supplies a wide range of clients. Quality and craftsmanship are central to daily operations. As a TIG welder, you are responsible for manufacturing high-quality welds according to drawings and specifications. You work accurately and independently on various products within a production environment where quality is prioritized over quantity. You work in a 2-shift system and have an eye for detail, even under time pressure. Together with your colleagues, you ensure efficient and safe production.

• Welding according to the TIG method in accordance with drawings and specifications
• Checking weld quality and dimensions
• Preparing materials and tasks
• Identifying and resolving technical deviations
• Maintaining welding equipment
• Collaborating within a production team

• Gross hourly wage from €17.00 to €22.00
• Shift allowance of 14%
• 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
• Weekly payment
• 25 vacation days, of which 5 days are paid weekly in the salary
• Pension accrual: 23.4% of the pensionable salary
• 2-shift service: early shift 06:00-14:45 / late shift 14:30-22:30
• After 1,040 hours worked, possibility of a permanent contract with the hirer

• Experience with TIG welding, preferably in a production environment
• Possession of relevant welding certificates is a plus
• Accurate and quality-oriented work
• Flexible deployment in 2-shift service
• Good command of the Dutch and/or English language (oral and written)
• Own housing and transportation
